Over the Labor Day weekend, Information Services will be conducting annual Banner maintenance that will affect most Banner-related systems.

  • AppWorx, Nolij, OSCAR, and Banner Self-Service will be inaccessible over the entire weekend.
  • Data Warehouse will be available after 8:00 am on Saturday morning.
  • TouchNet will still accept payments but payments won't be posted until maintenance is complete.


     Outage Starts:  8/31, Friday 11:55 pm
     Outage Ends:  9/3, Monday 5:00 pm


All Banner-related systems will be inaccessible during this time, including AppWorx, Nolij, OSCAR, and Banner Self-Service. Data Warehouse will only be affected through 8:00 am on Saturday morning, 9/1.


Many updates and patches are required to improve stability and performance. Improved memory management will enhance database stability which addresses the Banner outages that occurred earlier this summer. New features and functions are being implemented for specific user groups and affected users will receive communications and documentation as appropriate from their units.
