BeaverPrint

In our continuing effort promote sustainability, OSU has implemented a print tracking system called BeaverPrint throughout campus. This system provides secure print release of print jobs and tracks usage of each printer.  Students can release their print job at any printer simply by swiping their OSUID card at a print release station.  The process allows students to review their queued print jobs, delete incorrect print jobs and release any of the print jobs in their queue.  Whatever your device, wherever you are, you can print your work to any BeaverPrint printer on campus.

BeaverPrint printers are currently located in following places:

You get the same low price wherever you choose to print. See our printing FAQ in the Training and Resources tab for more information.

Why is OSU switching to BeaverPrint?

BeaverPrint provides more flexibility, allowing you to print easily from any device with an Internet connection to any public printer on campus.  In addition, the secure release stations means that no one else can print on your account even if you forget to logout of a public computer.

We expect that BeaverPrint will be adopted campus wide as we progress through the 2014-15 academic year.
