EvalS is an electronic performance evaluation system designed to assist supervisors and employees to complete their annual goal-setting and appraisal tasks. It is now the official method for conducting all Classified, non-IT employee performance evaluations. The system was launched on September 30th, 2011, and paper copies of performance evaluations were no longer accepted as of February 1, 2012.
EvalS was developed by a partnership of Human Resources, University Business Centers, and Information Services.
