Students, please visit Student Multimedia Services to arrange for equipment checkout. Equipment is available to currently enrolled students for course- or research-related work or for student organization events only.
The following services are available for classes, research, events, or other University-based need. Please choose between the following two options.
For either option, technicians are available for consultation on the equipment and services that best fit your need.
Faculty and staff, please complete the form below to initiate a request for multimedia event support. For this service, a technician from Information Services provides event support and operates the equipment. In some cases, this option is required due to the complexity of the equipment and the type of venue. This service is available for classes, research, events, or other University-based need.
