Client Services's mission is to facilitate and support the ways our communities interface with OSU technologies – particularly in this era of Bring Your Own Device and anytime, anywhere access. The units within Client Services are:

  • Community Network, which provides personal service and IT support solutions for OSU faculty and staff.
  • OSU Computer Helpdesk, which provides quick help and answers "how-to" questions for students, staff and faculty.
  • Student Computing Facilities, which has over 100 Mac and Windows computers in an open lab setting for student use.
