We have made progress on identifying the issues from last night and are working to restore systems once again.

Administrative systems began experiencing the same or similar issues last night at 2 a.m. and are currently down again. We will post more as information becomes available.

Information Services is currently bringing all systems back online and services will gradually become available throughout the evening. We expect to have all backlogged processes cleared by the end of business wednesday 6/15. We appologize for the disruption of this outage. We believe we have identified the underlying hardware issue but will continue with our analysis to ensure we fully understand the causes and mitgate any future occurance.

Information Services continues to work toward a resolution of the issues affecting MyOSU, Nolij, AppWorks, Banner, DegreeWorks, TouchNet, PCard access and Data Warehouse. We believe we will be able to restore services sometime this evening.

We have been made aware that TouchNet, PCard access and Data Warehouse also have connectivity issues. We still expect services to be restored sometime this evening and will post an update later this afternoon.

We continue to make progress addressing the issues affecting these services; however, we have not yet identified the underlying problem.  At this point we believe we should be able to restore services sometime this evening, and will post an update later this afternoon.

We are aware that Banner and Degree Works are also affected. Information Services continues to work toward a resolution of these issues. We do not have an estimate for how long it will take to restore services.

OSU is experiencing technical issues with some of our administrative systems, including MyOSU, Nolij and Appworks. Technicians have been working since last night to restore service and continue to make progress today. We do not have an estimate for how long it will take to restore services, but we will be posting updates to this page as we have more information.
