  • Under special circumstances, a phone may be purchased by OSU if approved with signed authorization form (PDF file)
  • Employees may apply for a communications allowance through Business Affairs. The monthly communication allowance amount is: High Rate $75.00, Medium Rate $50.00, or Low Rate $25.00. The form must be signed by
    the Department Dean/VP or Director and sent to Business Affairs in Kerr Admin.

If an employee currently has an OSU-provided smartphone, they may purchase the device from OSU. This purchase should be handled by each department.
