BennyBuy pilot has been completed - our thanks to BEBC and FOBC and their departments!
AABC and AMBC, and their departments went live on 9/5, while ASBC and HSBC are going live 9/11.
Both Business Center, and Requestor trainings have been developed and presented. Training videos and Tip Sheets have been created and are available from the web site.
The BennyBuy Support Team is providing services. They are using "Connect Wise", screen sharing software, to enable better customer support experiences, and a new Sales Force tracking system which is currently being implemented for them.
At present, about 120 unique users are using the system per day; we have had 324 completed purchase requisitions, 326 completed Purchase Orders, and 454 completed non-purchase order invoices, with a total spend, as of 9/8 of more than $73,927,000 ($73M was a requisition related to the Research Class Research Vessel project underway at OSU).
