On track. The new event calendar was successfully released on May 1 with no reported problems. Campus-wide communication was postponed for a day due to higher-priority communication needs on May 1, and the academic calendar was added on May 3. Response to the release was immediate and positive, with nearly 2,000 users and 6,000 page views on the first day.
The next step is gradually deactivating the old event calendar and locating/redirecting web page feeds. Three organizations will continue to use the old calendar for several weeks as they migrate to alternate solutions.
