We meet monthly with a group of our customers and stakeholders to talk about our strategy, service offerings, and the prioritization of the work that we do. Our customer advisory group (CAG) is comprised of a mix of communicators and web developers from a variety of colleges and administrative units. Group members serve in an advisory capacity for a term not less than one year. We use principles of agile project management to organize the group and our proceedings.
