This tutorial, sponsored by the Registrar's Office at OSU, explains the parameters of the permissible use and release of student records, and can be found on the Resources tab in the MyOregonState employee dashboard (instructions are on the FERPA tutorial page).
This tutorial is required for all faculty and staff who wish to access student records using the Student Information System (SIS) Banner, My Degrees, Nolij, and Data Warehouse. It takes about 20 minutes to complete.
At the completion of the tutorial, complete the certificate online.
