The OSU IT Slack community consists of over 200 members from University Information and Technology as well as other IT units at Oregon State University.

Please contact one of the OSU IT Slack administrators if you have a question, or an issue that you would like to discuss. You can contact us directly through Slack or by email.
Membership to the OSU IT Slack community is currently open to any OSU employee that works with or as part of an IT unit on campus. Some students of Oregon State University are allowed to join on a case-by-case basis. For the most part, however, this community is for employees (including student employees).
Above all else, members of this community will abide by Oregon State University’s Discrimination and Discriminatory Harassment Policy guidelines.
Additionally, the OSU IT Slack Community will be a fun, pleasant, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants asked to stop any innapropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. The OSU IT admins can revoke membership of any member, at any time. Admins will contact that member and explain why he or she is losing membership.
