To create a DocuSign template or a Powerform you need the designer role. To request the designer role please e-mail [email protected]. Before you will be granted the designer role you have to complete a short training. Once you are a designer you might be approached by the DocuSign team or others at OSU to help other people on campus implement their DocuSign projects.  Note that templates which contain information about students need to be approved by the Office of the Registrar before they can be promoted to production.
