Additional Security Steps Required

Need to print your tax forms? Tax form printing will be available at the Service Desk in Milne Computer Center, room 201 until midnight on April 16 & 17, 2019. Please call (541-737-8787) or come to Milne 201 for help.

What's going on?

Oregon State University has taken steps to secure your confidential financial information on the web. This includes direct deposit information, W-2s and other forms containing Social Security numbers.

Why are we doing this?

In recent months, a number of higher education institutions have been targeted by thieves who use stolen credentials to divert direct deposits to fraudulent accounts. There are also reports of attempts to steal personal information from tax forms. OSU has seen similar attempts at these types of criminal activities. This is a necessary step to secure direct deposit and tax form information.

How does this affect me?

After Tuesday, March 27, 2017 at 6:00PM, if you need to make a change to your direct deposit, or if you need access to certain tax forms (W-2 and 1098T), you will have three options:

A. Fill out a paper request form and either mail or take it to the Payroll Office (Kerr Admin 100).

B. Use one of the special-access kiosks on the Corvallis and Cascades campuses. (Available during building hours.)
