Description: 

Development and deployment of an eProcurement system that will offer an online shopping environment for OSU’s contracted goods and services, while providing simultaneous access to enabled catalogs for searches across multiple suppliers and catalogs. The eProcurement system will cover the entire source to settlement process including: Supplier Information Management, Sourcing and Contract Management, online marketplace, Accounts Payable and Spend and Performance Analysis. Advancement Phase of project to increase user adoption, training and communications.  Phase 2 to implement Sourcing and Contract Management, as well as Fund/Org security.

Status Summary: 

Project completed.

Procurement management decided that the Sourcing module would not meet their needs.  Canceled that module.

TCM module completed in July.  Resolution to the documents issue underway - files sent on flash drive to vendor for upload to their system directly.  Now an Operational issue.

Recently Completed: 

This project is completed.  Management decided to not implement the Sourcing module due to staffing levels and the module not fully meeting their requirements. 

The outstanding attachments issue is being worked with PCMM management and the vendor; it is an operational issue. Copies of documents sent on flash drive to vendor for direct import. 

Project review document completed and sent to Procurement and IS management.
