Microsoft Teams in Canvas

Microsoft Teams with Canvas was added to the OSU instance of Canvas this September. This tool allows instructional faculty and staff to enable a Team in a Canvas course site and use the Chat and Channel features. This integration synchs the class roster with the Team to ensure that only actively enrolled students and instructional faculty and staff can access the course Team.

Improving OSU Add TA… with Gender Mag

OSU has a custom tool in Canvas named Add TA... that can be used to add OSU individuals to Canvas courses as teaching assistants (CanvasTA), graders, designers or observers. The [email protected] team worked with individuals involved with the GenderMag project to evaluate this tool over the past year.
