Studios at the UIT Media Hub are designed specifically with the Do-It-Yourself media creator in mind. Built to OSU's Classroom Technology standard, our acoustically-treated spaces feature familiar, one-touch controls and high quality cameras and microphones to help you easily create media. The Flex Studio consists of 500 sq.feet of studio floor space and features built-in cameras, lights and microphones with three different backdrops: black, grey and green-screen. It also also offers a document camera, overhead camera and HDMI input, all controlled using an easy-to-use interface. The Flex studio has many different uses such as video lectures, video interviews, video demonstrations, panel discussions or workshops.
The video Booth is a soundproof recording studio that can be used for both audio and video recording. It features a built-in camera, light and microphone with an easy-to-use interface. This studio can be used for PPT video lectures, whiteboard annotated videos, video interviews and group podcasts.
The Audio Booth is an exceptionally soundproof recording booth, perfect for recording voice-overs, interviews, podcasts or conference call interviews. It features two Shure 58 microphones, Sony headphones and an easy-to-use interface.
The editing suite is designed to support faculty and staff with access and orientation to editing software for video, audio, titles, and screen recording.
