Media Hub Printing services are for academic coursework, departmental, or recognized student organization event use only. 

  • Our standard production time is two full business days*, Monday-Friday. Media Hub does not offer printing services on Sunday.
    (Example: student A submits a job at 3:00pm on Friday, the job would be finished by 3:00pm the following Tuesday; student B submits a job at 5:10pm on Friday, the job would be finished by 9:00am the following Wednesday). 
    we strive to exceed this timetable whenever possible, but it is not guaranteed. 
  • A 'RUSH ORDER' will prioritize your print request ahead of others, but may not be available in busy times (ex: end of term, or large conferences) 
    Depending on staff availability, a rush order may be possible for an additional fee of $50.  Contact Media Hub Production at 541-737-3332 (option 2) to determine if a rush order is currently available.

Celebrating Undergraduate Excellence (CUE)

Normal production turn-around time may not apply.

  • For files larger than 100 MB, save them to a thumb drive and bring the file to the Media Hub desk in the Valley Library, or call us for options for how to send in your file.
  • Conferences, unexpected volume rushes, etc may increase the turnaround time due to resource limitations.
  • If you are submitting a file for a conference, please be aware of event-specific deadlines - Please defer to those dates.
  • This form is for print orders only. 
    • For scanning orders, video/audio editing, or other production inquiries, place orders at the Media Hub desk in the Valley Library.

Be sure to plan ahead and submit early!
