An authorization code is required for all long distance calling from OSU extensions. Authorization Codes are seven digits in length. Each authorization code is assigned a Facilities Restriction Level (FRL). The FRL will designate what long distance calls can be made and their routing priority. The FRLs are as follows:
United States, Canada, and misc. locations reached by dialing an area code
All locations including international calls.
